Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions constitute an agreement between you, the customer, (also referred as "your") and us, Saedley Dorus & the Hoolie Band (also referred to as "we", "our" and "Saedley Dorus"), and by using this site or purchasing tickets on this site you agree to be bound by them. This legal contract is subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.

  1. We will not share your personal information for marketing or any other purposes without your consent unless we are required to by law. By subscribing to our email alerts or newsletters, you agree that we may store the contact details you have provided and use them solely to keep you notified about our events.

  2. We will always respect your privacy and any personal communication between you and ourselves. We will always comply with any data protection legislation currently in force.

  3. Tickets purchased through us cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned.

  4. It is your responsibility to check whether an event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue, and we cannot guarantee to notify you of any changes.

  5. You agree that we cannot be held responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances including traffic delays or vehicle breakdowns.

  6. If an event location is changed from its advertised venue and/or the date is changed, tickets already purchased will be exchanged for the revised event. If you are unable to attend the revised event, and inform us via email prior to the revised event, a voucher will be issued which you can redeem for equivalent tickets at a future event.

  7. Any refunds will exclude any nonrefundable administration fees levied during the electronic booking process.

  8. The promoter and/or event venue reserve the right to refuse admission on the grounds of health and safety, environmental or security concerns, or rude or antisocial behaviour. You agree to submit to reasonable security searches, and understand that no refunds will be offered to customers who are reasonably refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of late arrival, being (or appearing to be) under age when age limits apply, by declining to be searched, or due to abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings. Events where an age restriction applies are clearly indicated during the booking process. Please ensure that you read all the information that applies to the event you are booking, and carry proof of age if appropriate.

  9. By purchasing tickets you agree the tickets are for the personal use of you and your party only and will not be resold or transferred. Any resale or attempt to resell the tickets at a price higher than purchased will result in your tickets being invalidated without prior notification.

  10. If a customer orders more tickets than the maximum allowed, as indicated during the booking process, we reserve the right to cancel the order. The maximum applies per person/card/household.

  11. If you provide false information, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

  12. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we believe to be of a fraudulent nature.

  13. We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time, and you agree to be bound by any subsequent changes. Please check this page regularly for the latest version.
